Banyan Tree introduted a new luxury pool villa resort on Koa Samui.It is third branch in Thailand after Bangkok and Phuket .It is located on 95 rai near Lamai beach.First phase have 78 pool villa which coat about 28 billons bath to build.The rooms rate is about 500 dollars per night during the promotion.The property is owned by TCC Land, which started developing the project three years ago.The Banyan Tree is opened on July 1 but it is stared sale in early year.They specific buyer from UK, Germany, Switzerland and Asian countries.
In my opinion,I think It is good to build a hotel in the beautiful place and has a convenient things such as pool,spa or scuba driving because it will be more interesting for tourist and helps the tourist to come visit in Thailand and it can help Thai economy to get better.

Koh Samui luxury villas has beautiful open beaches and nice reefs. It is popular for its low population.
